DREAM AFRICA FOUNDATION [PTY] LTD

Dream African Foundation (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Black owned company newly established. The business was registered in October 2013. Though a new company, Dream African Foundation acquired all the assets of an existing manufacturing company, which has been in business since November 2009.

The company manufactures roof support products, and supplies a wide range of steel in all its different forms, civil work, Sandblasting and painting, structural steel projects, Scaffolding, conveyor belt maintenance, Road Maintenance and Repairs. As a result the technical “know how” that spans over four years which have been acquired with the assets of the latter company will be carried forward.

Over the past few years our business has grown at a high rate and as such become one of the larger employers within the Govan Mbeki area. A diversification strategy will be pursued by growing both the actual product offering as well as customer base.

The company brings with it a well educated and experienced management team that embraces great values, with customer excellence (stewardship) as a centre value.

The BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

We use steel as a raw material mainly to produce Osro' straps and cable hooks. Osro' Strap is a critical component for the underground roof support in mining. We are supplying a wide range of steel sizes and types. We are also working on developing steel driven products targeting at mines, such as round bars, cable hooks and many more. We deliver all customer orders

countrywide, within agreed lead times. We are also engaged in all aspects of the construction and general engineering works including but not limited to: Building, Civil Engineering, conveyor belt maintenance, Roads construction Earthworks and structural steel projects.
